I don't even know where to start, I'll be here all day! Grimsby Orthodontics is amazing! They are all so friendly, caring, professional and always willing to help! They always greet you with a smile! The work and care that my son got with his braces was incredible now he can enjoy his great smile! We had such a pleasant experience at Grimsby Orthodontics. Dr Boersma is a wonderful, caring, patient orthodontist that takes the time to explain the whole process and answer the many questions we had. Her team is also very sweet and accommodating. My daughters teeth are perfect and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll be back to see her when my son is older for braces.
What impressed me was the hand written thank you note sent to my age 11 son. Whether it be the staff or orthodontist herself who wrote this, this alone makes the experience personal, and that matters.
