Great people. Especially Shane in service. Professional and personable! I've unfortunately had to bring my Jeep Rubicon 4xe in for a series of recalls but the team there takes the stress away from what could be a frustrating inconvenience. They make you feel like friends/family. I highly recommend Grimsby Chrysler to everyone. Not your typical dealership. They truly care.

Honestly, the best dealership I’ve ever been to. They always go above and beyond. They literally sent people over to my condo across the street to push my car out from an underground parking lot because I couldn’t get a tow truck to fit down there. The head Machanic is incredibly honest and does what’s in your best interest for the vehicle even if it doesn’t give him the biggest bill. They’re everything you’d want in a dealership. Highly recommend!!!
