It was a pleasure buying my pre-owned Honda from Francine. She made the process quick and easy, and answered all of my questions with a warm and educated response. Definitely the best sales rep I've dealt with when purchasing a vehicle and will be inclined to recommend people I know back to this location, and back to her.
