The overall experience of purchasing our 2026 Mach E from Ford Grimsby was amazing! Thank you to Marlene for assisting us from start to finish. She was great to deal with, answered all of our questions, communicated clearly and promptly thru calls, texts, and emails. She gave us just the right amount of push to come to the decision to say yes! I am going to Grimsby Ford since 5 years for change of oil and tires in the fall and spring, I really like them for the good and fast work. So... I just bought an Explorer St Line 2026 and want to give a big thanks to Clint Heidman. What a nice and helpful guy , very friendly. Had a tire issue with my truck. 2 towing companies wouldn't change the tire, so I limped it over to the dealer. I only needed the spare put on, and the service department got right on it. I think they did a bit more than just change to the spare, but they were great to deal with on such short notice and I really appreciated the help they gave when no one else seemed to do it. Definitely worth every bit of those 5 stars. Thanks for an easybjob, well done.
If you want to spend $90,000.00 on a new Truck and willingly hand the keys over and watch it be treated like garbage bring it here! Absolutely ignorant staff! I brought my Truck in for the first and last time! A scheduled oil change took over an hour and a half, and when it was ready, I looked at my bill and was shocked to see that they actually charged me 13 dollars for paper towels and soap so the mechanics can wash theyre hands?See attached pics to see how my truck was treated.
