Best Chiro in Niagara and reception staff are amazing!!!
Dr Jake has been the single best resource for my back issue. Barely able to walk in years ago with a bulged disc / pinched nerve after a few sessions of acupuncture I was walking around again followed by a couple of adjustments and I was out playing hockey and golfing. Been going back since. He’s showed me some exercises to help strengthen the area. Highly recommend
His staff are the best. I could barely walk yesterday. This morning back to my normal routine. Can't thank him or his staff enough for how they have helped me over the last 30 yrs.
What a gong show this place is. I got a referral but they don't answer the phone - ever. No voicemail unless they are closed. It just rings and rings. They also don't book new patients online so there's no way of getting in. Highly unprofessional.
My dad recommended Tom to me 2 years ago and we now tease each other with “guess who i’m seeing tomorrow!!?” to make the other jealous as we’re both equally obsessed with his expertise! The office itself is super neat and tidy; the ladies that work at the front desk are so welcoming and lovely. Everyone respects your time, I’m never waiting for more than five minutes upon arrival. I feel like a million bucks every time I leave; would give 10 stars if i could!
