I have been here for a few years now and I have no complaints. The neighbours are great and the super and management have been very kind. I recently had a mishap and dropped my keys down the elevator shaft, it was a bad morning. They answered me very quickly and went above and beyond to get them back to me. Saves me a lot of $$$ from either me having to buy a new car fob, building fob and house key or paying for the elevator company to come and save me. They had them back to me for ZERO $$. So grateful. Olivia was great in helping me find a place at the Slessor building. She was always prompt in her communication and readily answered any questions. Things ended up that I had limited time to get things arranged and although it was last minute she went above and beyond to ensure things were set for my move-in day.
I recently moved my mother to Slessor Blvd and ALL representatives of InterRent including the community leasing agent, building maintenance and other staff were accommodating & very helpful. All our queries were quickly answered and any issues were quickly resolved. My mother is enjoying her new place.
