Yousuf is an excellent coordinator! He never missed my calls and always kept in touch with me and the management. Even when I called him just 10 minutes before arriving, he quickly arranged to show the property without any hesitation. He explained the amenities clearly and communicated everything in a very professional and helpful way. Truly appreciate his support!
We had an amazing salesman Yousef, who did a great job and was very helpful. Unfortunately the leasing agent was absent and completely ignored us and made the process fall through.
Do you like having consistent running water, well then this is the place for you. Sure the water gets shut off once a week for “emergency “ maintenance and when the water comes out brown it’s okay because according to them it’s completely normal. Like breathing in someone else’s smoke, don’t worry the winter is a great time for that as they don’t even bother trying to help you with the fact that your apartment smells like 5 chain smokers live there because the people below you are smoking inside.
