We had the best experience with Grimm’s. Our jeep had an elusive AC leak the dealer could not find (6 tries). Talked to Grimm’s and took them the car. First diagnosis solved the problem. I appreciated that they took the time to think through what it could be and get the solution. We have always appreciated Grimm’s throughout the years but this great service deserves a 5/star rating 🙌
SCAMMERS!!! TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS! They did work I did not authorize on my car and charged me for it! I was standing outside waiting for work to be done and the could have just asked if I needed it!!! They put oil in my car when it was low (I knew I needed an oil change and was going to get this somewhere else) They “patched a flat tire” and charged me $20 for it! The staff were very condescending and disrespectful! NEVER COME HERE!
After multiple attempts to replace a wiper motor, arms, and blades, my son & I were unable to correctly synchronize the arms to correctly wipe the windshield. We took the vehicle in, and Grimm's promptly got us in (same day), and correctly synchronized wipers, replaced blades, and oil change w/one hour. Price including new wiper blades & oil change was extremely fair. Great neighborhood mechanic & staff. Strongly recommend.
What a great station, attendant had a huge smile early in the morning, friends are very satisfied with car repairs, great part of community.
Just stopped by to get a tire repaired after we picked up a screw. The team at grimm’s was very friendly and provided prompt service. We will definitely be back if we ever have an issue with our vehicles.
