I can’t say enough good things about Grimm’s Service. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a gas station or repair shop. I had a flat tire at the end of a long day while trying to get my cat to the vet. They were ready for me as soon as I pulled up and got to work right away. While they handled everything, a family member was able to drive me to the nearby vet clinic so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. I’ve been bringing my car to Grimms for years because they do a great and thorough job, are honest and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Everyone in my family also brings their cars to Grimms for the same reasons. They’re the best!

We had the best experience with Grimm’s. Our jeep had an elusive AC leak the dealer could not find (6 tries). Talked to Grimm’s and took them the car. First diagnosis solved the problem. I appreciated that they took the time to think through what it could be and get the solution. We have always appreciated Grimm’s throughout the years but this great service deserves a 5/star rating 🙌
