Walk in DEQToo insp and they helped me with my engine oil low light that had just started indicating. Staff was very friendly and I was out in minutes.
I've been coming to Grimm's Service for a couple of decades now, and I trust them with all of my vehicles. I recommend them to all of my friends, and neighbors. I give them five stars.
MECHANIC STATED THAT CARPET WAS WRONG FULLY INSTALLED, NEEDED BRAKES, A/C HAS A LEAK AND WAS INFESTED BY RODENTS. TRUTH IS BRAKES GOT REPLACED 4000 MILES AGO STATED ON CAR FAX, NO RODENTS, A/C DID NOT LEAK AND CARPET WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT OF THAT VEHICLE....VERY DISSAPOINTED BY THE MACHANIC WHO DID THAT INSPECTION AND WAS NOT TRUTHFUL....
I can’t say enough good things about Grimm’s Service. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a gas station or repair shop. I had a flat tire at the end of a long day while trying to get my cat to the vet. They were ready for me as soon as I pulled up and got to work right away. While they handled everything, a family member was able to drive me to the nearby vet clinic so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. I’ve been bringing my car to Grimms for years because they do a great and thorough job, are honest and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Everyone in my family also brings their cars to Grimms for the same reasons. They’re the best!
