I ordered two Shamrock Ilex Glabra (inkberry) bushes. I was very specific in the name as the Shamrock has very dark leaves and there are other types of these holly bushes. They sent 2 Gem Box Ilex that has lighter green leaves. I disputed this with the credit card company and it was denied. And why you may ask? Simply because "This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described." We made multiple attempts to contact Christine about this issue with no response. We believe we shipped a 'Shamrock'. It is possible there was a mistake made in packing/shipping.
