I have taken two vehicles to Grimlock Garage. Both vehicles needed repairs from other mechanics after each vehicle left me stranded in Tyler traffic. Both repairs were things I was specifically charged for by Grimlock's Garage. Thankfully, the second vehicle broke down right next to Stewarts Donnybrook Automotive (Who had me on the road same day - 5 stars for them!) For these two repairs I was charged ~$3,000. Very poor service and even ruder people. They would no communicate with me and were not helpful to me and my situation. 10/10 do not recommend.
Great overall experience working with Steve. We are new to the area, and have definitely found our regular repair shop! I highly recommend Grimlock on all fronts; they were professional, friendly-- and they fix cars!
I called up there for a diagnostic ( which was free by the way) and they were able to squeeze me in the their busy schedule, thank you ! Even gave me a few pointers just in case I decided to do it myself. Save some money and check these guys out next time!
I’ve had different warning lights going off, whether it be ABS, traction or tire pressure, and called Grimlock Garage to see how much it would cost to run a diagnosis. I was greeted with a very friendly person on the other end of the phone that told me to bring my car in and he would run diagnostic without charging me an arm and a leg like the six other places I called.
