The worst store—they don't answer calls, they don't resolve orders quickly, and the customer service is a total disaster. I've been waiting a week for a cut, and they haven't provided any response; they're just playing games with people's time.
I'm an experienced mechanic and what I appreciate the most about these folks is they know what they have. And what they don't. And they generally deliver quite well. They will take you out to the cars and let you see it.
