I have had a bad smell in my house for months, and i eventually just got used to it but would have to explain every time someone came over what it was and i never had an answer. Within 10 minuets the guys from Grimes Solutions found a ton of mold in my AC ducts and under my bathroom vanity. they treated my whole house and god what a difference, the smell is gone and better yet almost in days my cough which I've had for years is gone. I love this company and they even gave me a 1 year guarantee.

Stay away from this sweet talking man. He is a crook. We hired him to inspect a retirement Home rampant with black mold. The people are sick and dying. He was only too happy to take our $200 and say there was no mold in the air. He spent 15 minuets talking up a storm. Did not use any infra-red equipment. Air inspection takes 24 hrs. He turned his little machine on for 15 mins. Sent some pictures, of a vacant home with mold. Said this is what mold looks like. Sure, if nobody lives there...
