Melanie has the talent to be a tough strong-arm to steer us and opposing counsel through tense, verbose back and forths that test the limits and abilities of what any mediator might be able to handle. She does so masterfully, at different times alternating her approach, softening her speech/cadence/demeanor when the situation calls for it. It is astute and both of those postures she is able to adopt when the time is right have led to successful resolutions. I recommend her strongly.
