These guys used to be awesome. Their technicians are still great. Their business practices have become less than tolerable, however. We got a quote from them for some work that needed to be done at our plant. We considered the quote to be very high. When we had the audacity to question their price, we were told to go elsewhere. I feel like I have lost an old friend. It is sad to see them become so arrogant. Experience tells me that sort of attitude toward a long time customer never works out well.

I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism from the techs at Grimes. They were able to get my system working better than ever and said I still had at least a few years of life left in the old gal while others tried to scare me into a new system right now. They taught me the importance of maintenance and how some simple things can help keep everything going longer. Very happy with the outcome and will totally use them when it’s time to replace. Thank you, Grimes Mechanical!

Have worked with Grimes a few times for water heaters, AC unit replacement, etc. Have gotten us out of a bind a few times and really appreciate their great service!
