Came out for a tune up for a home warranty. Contracted out from Silverback. Tech showed up for 10 minutes. Said he is done. Paid 75 . Flame sensor dirty, used our filters, burners still dirty. Did not perform a carbon monoxide check on a system 19 years old. Said he cleaned the motors. Inspected heat exchanger. Not sure how you can do all that in ten minutes. Our A/C went out on the hottest of hot June days it was so hot chickens were laying hard boiled eggs. Ben answered the phone he’s a very nice guy he got someone to come look at our AC same day. Riley was our tech and she was fantastic very thorough and got our AC fixed . Loved working with this company, they were very honest, prompt and thorough and got us up and running in no time plus I loved how detail oriented they were in inspecting the unit.
