Best Hospital in Iowa Methodist West is the best hospital in town. I have only been a patient in the maternity area, but have been there to visit others. My experience was amazing. From the time I arrived (after my water breaking) to the time I left, it was as if I was staying in a 5 star resort hotel. The nurses are amazing - actually wanting to help me more than I needed! Christian Science practitioner (unlisted at this time) I consider Chatham Oaks as not being a good place to be. I lived there three different times and was often asked too if I liked staying there. Was also told at one point that it was rated one of the best in the nation of its type. The cruel treatment I have received at the hands of some of the staff there makes it inadvisable, from my standpoint, to go back there, and I cringe somewhat when hearing that someone is excited about going there.
Awesome doc! Dr. Bedia is by far my favorite doctor. He is so easy to approach and ask questions to. He also has a sense of humor about him that makes you feel comfortable and not embarrassed. I've had a great experience going to him. He is hard to get into so make sure to keep your appointments or you won't get one for a while!
New Location, Great Hours love the new building! lots of exam rooms. the exam rooms have toys for the kids (a definitele plus). doctors are VERY child-oriented. calm, patient and gentle with the kids. directly next to a drug store (we don't use it but i can imagine it's handy to some). LOVE the computer script entering. by the time i leave the office and drive to the pharmacy, the pharmacist has my script. the PA in this facility is first rate. she is my favorite there. her smile brightens a room. like talking to a friend...... read more
