just a terrible experience overall. roman contacted me about the problem and made it sound like an incredibly complicated repair, leaving me no choice but to bear the cost. i would have preferred to do it myself since i wasn't home, but i was denied the opportunity to save some money. poor service and he also ignored several other questions i had, making the visit totally not worth it. no thanks!

I tried contacting them this morning and by 12:30, there was still no sign of them. Cory and Ezekiel from this company were thoroughly unprofessional and impolite. I'm deeply disappointed with your inability to fix my plumbing issue. I will certainly avoid reaching out to you in the future when I need a plumber.

Grimes Brothers Plumbing is our number one choice for all our plumbing needs. They are always at our service, even in emergencies! Their work is professional and meticulous. They also provide explanations when necessary. We rely on them frequently. We appreciate that they have a tracking system in place, so we always know when Cory, Ezekiel, or Roman is on his way to our location in Rowlett.
