Tried to use the soap brush in bay two. Water and soap spraying out of the fitting, trying to tighten it only made it worse went into the office to advise them and got an insincere "oh no" and that was it. No spot for me to respond to your response. I definitely did not call your employee a POS. I went in the office to 1) Advise an employee that a repair was needed to hopefully save another person from getting covered in soap and 2) Hopefully feel like the person genuinely cared and would offer a me a coupon to use the next ... read more
This is too expensive for wand wash. They need to come with better prices and a coin machine.
Used to be a great place to go and people who worked there seem to care but they screwed us on a U-Haul rental and I will never be back. Charged me for 300 miles instead of 30 and when we brought it up they said it was a U haul problem and didn’t want to help at all. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else, use TIPS at least they care.
