Grime Busters was courteous and very professional. He arrived at my home on time, did a great job, got several stains out of my carpet as well as leaving them very clean overall, and left the carpet nearly dry. I also had him clean a sofa, and it looks sooo much better. I will use Grime Busters again, for sure.
"Todd was prompt, honest and totally got our carpet cleaned to just about brand new. And let me tell you, we had some tough stains! also took the time to put our furniture on styrofoam blocks and the carpet was pretty much dry by the end of the day/night. No hidden costs, great job and worth every penny. I will use and recommend Grime Busters again."
Todd was extremely professional and courteous. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, including getting out some pet stains and high traffic areas, and charged a very fair price. Not every stain came out but thats to be expected on an old carpet. Todd also took the time to put my wood furniture on plastic or foam risers so that the wood wouldnt get wet and bleed into the light rug. Not many carpet cleaners would do that. I will absolutely hire him again for any carpet or tile cleaning needs in the future.
I have had my carpet cleaned by different vendors and GrimeBusters was by far the best. Neat, efficent, and cordial. What more can you ask for.
I called and was quoted a price to clean my chairs. He arrived entirely too early and was very vulgar. Worse yet, he immediately tried to renegotiate the price we had agreed on. He kept whining and complaining and told me that he wouldnt do the job at the quoted price. I should have sent him packing then, but I allowed him to renegotiate the agreed upon price. My carpet looks fantastic and my sofa has been renewed. I would highly recommend Grimebusters to my friends.
