We used to get all our sign making materials here but they are no longer a local business. Get orders sent from far away now.. Customer service frequently get orders wrong. We will be looking for a different distributor soon if things don't go back to the way they were. Come on Grimco get it back. Get 2 stars because I have hope for you.
Went all the way across town for vinyl transfer tape for making signs for my business, and they said I had to create an account and it would take 24 hours to activate my account. The guy told me to go to Hobby Lobby. Extremely dissapointed.
We used to use denco, now Grimco. We recently purchased ink for our HP LATEX 335. Only to find out right when we installed, it was found defective and not registering to our printer, thus not allowing us to print. We called Grimco and explained the situation and asked for a exchange on the defective product they sold us. They then denied a exchange and said we need to contact HP for a replacement.
