Poor customer service as they do not stand behind the items they sell. Have a faulty printer they told me I would have to go to Epson to get resolution. That would be understandable except the printer was only 2 weeks old when it started giving trouble. Oh, but they expect you to pay the invoice for broken merchandise. I would think twice before purchasing any equipment from these folks. No telling who they will tell you to contact in order to get help. I can tell you, they will not take responsibility! Don't do it!
