I used to be a fan of Grimco but lately my experiences have been less than stellar. Today I drove for 2 hours to the Jacksonville location only to find out they now close at 12pm. I checked online but it says open until 5pm. When I called the 800 number I was told that someone should have called but try again tomorrow. Perhaps I’m a little different to most but you would think that when you place the order by phone so you can pick up instead of ship via UPS they would let you know? Oh well - many more suppliers out there.
I ordered a DTG printer from GRIMCO about 2 years ago. Great costumer service and support. I've been ordering white ink from them when needed and didn't have any problems until this week. They use UPS and another smaller courier service. I ordered on Tuesday and ink was out for delivery on Wednesday. Mid afternoon tracking said ink was delivered. It wasn't. Driver was 45 minutes from me still delivering. He never made it. I called the courier next morning. Said GRIMCO "overloaded" the driver and the delivery was rescheduled ... read more
