Lack of Technical Support from GSG / Grimco We’ve now gone 4 days without a single response from GSG’s technical support (now owned by Grimco) despite following their exact protocol — call in, have a repair ticket created, and wait for a callback. When we purchased our Roland flatbed printer (an $80K+ investment) at a sign show last year, we specifically raised concerns about their response times.
