Je suis malheureusement très déçu de mon expérience. Le site web indique clairement que la clinique offre la facturation directe aux assureurs, mais une fois sur place, on m’a dit qu’ils ne savaient pas comment procéder. La réceptionniste ne semblait pas disposée à m’aider, me suggérant plutôt de faire la réclamation moi-même à la maison, en prétextant que « ce genre d’assurance, on n’est pas sûrs », alors que c’est une compagnie avec laquelle ils disent travailler. Had to alter my review, I had previously given five stars after they helped provide information that was being withheld by another optometrist. Not sure now if they have new owners, but they are now up to the same shady practices, trying to hold parts of the prescription hostage unless you purchase through them. Disreputable and honestly despicable behaviour. Take your business to someone who actually cares about your eye health, not someone who is just trying to sell ugly, overpriced merchandise.

J’ai passé un examen de vue pour mon fils de 4 ans avec Dre Douhayni , optométriste très professionnelle elle m’a tous expliqué de A jusqu’à Z , franchement je recommande 🙂

I am a new patient of Doctor Marwa Douhayni. I had infection and problems with my left eye. This was a week ago and she saw me almost every day and gave me prescriptions and took extremely good care of me. She answers all my questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new optometrist. The staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming and make you feel at home. Thank you, Doctor Marwa!!
