Today was my first time (and probably last) placing a to-go order from Grimaldi's. Order was placed around 2:50pm, set to be ready at 4:15pm, but according to the manager they stoke the oven between 3 and 4pm. Long story short, pizzas weren't ready until 35 minutes after they were promised. Grimaldi's, please fix your system, it's unbelievable that you can't exclude the stoking time from your ordering system! Felt bad for the staff with a line of customers out the door waiting for to-go orders, terrible experience!
We went to Grimaldi's Pizzeria to celebrate a birthday. We had a large party. I ordered a medium pizza half pepperoni and half veggie but it wasn't worth the $40 plus tip. I'm sure we were overcharged but we were in a hurry to leave so I didn't think about it until after we left. We didn't get a receipt so no way to be sure. The service for the large party was excellent as well as the atmosphere. The food was overhyped in my opinion.
Always great pizza And great service never a dull moment
They were short handed . There were alot of workers huddled not help in the corner. Just watching people walk in waiting. HELP you fellow worker out. I felt bad for her scampering around.
Very very slow. Expect to be here for a long time. They fulfill so many online orders that you get screwed if you are in the restaurant. Even the cheesecake took forever. Waitress ignored us multiple times. The employees chat and don't pay attention.
