We went Halloween night, restaurant apparently wasn't prepared for all the "to-go" orders. We were dining in, and was told an hour wait for pizza. Mind you the restaurant was not even half full. And fyi Apparently you can only use one gift card at a time. Which I thought was really uncalled for, because at the other location on Rainbow, they dont have a limit. lol. If you have a policy, all Grimaldi's should follow it. Love the food, but highly dislike the way they treat customers.
Recommendedthis place is awesome pizza was great!! we ordered just a large pepperoni pizza!! but apparently they tore the crust had to remake it!! manager came over told us was very apologetic said they had to remake it asked if we wanted anything else we said no we would just wait for the pizza!! when we were done she brought us our check gave her our card she went to run it came back and said the manager had taken care of our bill!! great customer service will be going back again!! this was our first visit but not the last!!
RecommendedGreat service with New York style and flavors !! Our server was quick and courteous. Cold beer, great pizza and of course a killer desert!!! We will be back !!
Waited over 30mins for a pie. Their was a handful of people at the restaurant and it still took long to get the order. Not returning.
