I made a Reservation that got approved. Now I’m standing in front of a closed restaurant for renovation. No notice noving
I made a lunch reservation at 2pm on Valentine’s Day for myself and my husband. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed! I called their number and nobody was picking up. When I made the reservation online I got an email saying my booking request was confirmed, however nobody got in touch to let us know that they would be closed on this day. Thankfully we managed to get a walk in space at another restaurant after about an hour of searching as everywhere was fully booked as it’s Valentine’s Day.
I booked this restaurant for my sons birthday, received an email confirming the booking, but then on the night when I arrived it was shut. Website said it was open, no apology
