Premade, foil wrapped burger served with bagged potato chips not Hot fries. Not what we expected for bar food for $50 bucks. Menu was Significantly reduce to bare bones. Beer choices were minimal. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
This was our 2nd time here. We enjoyed dinner at Grillin & Chillin Alehouse both times. This time we got beers from here and got food from the food truck outside. Service was very good and tge beers were refreshing. Last time, we started with sharing a pretzel. It was ok. The bread was fresh and soft, however the portion wasn't large. After driving over an hour to eat here, we learned their kitchen doesn't serve food every day, instead they bring in food trucks. This is fine, but what isn't acceptable is there is no mention of this anywhere on their website. This is a very poor business practice that is unacceptable. Update your website and social media pages to indicate when you actually serve food.
Twice I’ve tried to order food, they either ‘were not talking orders at the moment’ and now today’s excuse is ‘we have limited menu options’ so the order I wanted for my family now wasn’t an optionthat’s the last time I attempt to order here, I recommend you find better customer service elsewhere.
