Took a while, but after calling the business I received a call back a few days later during business hours. The man is shorthanded & WE that are in the know, know it's very difficult to find & keep reliable employment. I eventually received my grill & I'm very happy with it. Everyone circles around my 10yr old Toyota trying to figure out what it is & they love it!

Iv been charged and still haven’t heard from 5 emails and phone calls and no answer… work out in the end so I’m acknowledging them for geting back at me… took a bit but they and they process my item… thank you for geting back at me!
