Customer service is nonexistent. Emails bounce, chat goes unanswered, no one pick up the phone when you call or returns messages.
The parts i ordered were received Broken.. Emailed the company on April 25 and included pictures. Have been calling and email since. A month later they sent me a UPS tracking number, turns out they only created a ups label and never actually delivered the package to ups. This has been the worst costumer service i have experienced in 30 years
Total waste of money. Spent $$$$ and the outside cracked and crumbled. We had the cover and purchased all accessories. Just took out to the trash. Don not purchase!!!! Go with the green egg!!!
Good luck getting any customer support. Years ago when I purchased my Grill Dome it was the best option for me. They used to have passion and pride in their product. At this point there are far more options. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: They can’t still be in business. I visited this address - there’s no signage any longer and no one there. I’ve been requesting warranty support for 6 months and no longer receive any response. The Better Business Bureau didn’t receive a response either.
Grill Dome shop has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wanted to order some accessories for my grill dome. They would not respond to chats or answer phone calls. Do not order anything from this company, you will never get it. Does anybody know if this company is even in busy any more?
