I have to agree with most that the customer service is pretty bad. Want to start with saying my family has loved GrillDome for 20 plus years. All the men in my family have used them. Uncle grandparts etc. The older products hold heat well, get hot enough to sear food, and lasted a long time. For Christmas 2022 I got my dad one of their newer XL grills. If you are considering a Kamado style cooker you should not consider Grill Dome. I have owned one for many years and their customer service is horrible. They do not honor warranty claims. Trust me on that. This is not a reputable company to deal with. Green Egg and Kamado Joe are much better options. I own one of them as well and can't say enough about the quality of their product and customer service. Stay away from Grill Dome.
Grill Dome is horrible on warranty my grill cracked and broke in 2 yrs and they do nothing
Customer service is nonexistent. Emails bounce, chat goes unanswered, no one pick up the phone when you call or returns messages.
The parts i ordered were received Broken.. Emailed the company on April 25 and included pictures. Have been calling and email since. A month later they sent me a UPS tracking number, turns out they only created a ups label and never actually delivered the package to ups. This has been the worst costumer service i have experienced in 30 years
