Good luck getting any customer support. Years ago when I purchased my Grill Dome it was the best option for me. They used to have passion and pride in their product. At this point there are far more options. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: They can’t still be in business. I visited this address - there’s no signage any longer and no one there. I’ve been requesting warranty support for 6 months and no longer receive any response. The Better Business Bureau didn’t receive a response either.

Grill Dome shop has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wanted to order some accessories for my grill dome. They would not respond to chats or answer phone calls. Do not order anything from this company, you will never get it. Does anybody know if this company is even in busy any more?

I ordered a new part 3 weeks ago which they solicited me for....they took payment same day....since then, no contact, zero return on phone calls and messages....so disappointed in them.

I've had my grill dome for 12 years and several pieces are cracked. I've been trying to send pictures and proof of purchase to the email addresses I could find (website Contact Us page broken), and they are returned as undeliverable.
