I was having problems with their automated email system and I left an early negative review really without giving them the chance to help fix my issue. Perfect for my small patio grilling setup. Easy to move with the cart, excellent heat control, and they helped me choose the right accessories without rushing.
I purchased my Large Grill Dome in 2007 and have replaced the internal ceramics aka fire box numerous times over the years and even had them repaint the copper color in 2019ish. It's about time for another fire box but I tend to use mine almost every week, rain or shine and hot or cold. Been using my X2 for a few months now and it’s hands down the best grill I’ve owned. The airflow control makes dialing in temps easy, even for slow smokes.
