Worst customer service. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Ordered parts on their website and never received them. Tried contacting them and no one answers the phone or responds to email. I will be disputing the charge on my card. Buyer beware! Will be using other interchangeable branded parts for my kamado.

I was having problems with their automated email system and I left an early negative review really without giving them the chance to help fix my issue. The company has reached out to me and they are working on sending out the warranty part that broke on my grill. First my apologies to the company for jumping the gun with the review I deleted. Perfect for my small patio grilling setup. Easy to move with the cart, excellent heat control, and they helped me choose the right accessories without rushing.

I purchased my Large Grill Dome in 2007 and have replaced the internal ceramics aka fire box numerous times over the years and even had them repaint the copper color in 2019ish. It's about time for another fire box but I tend to use mine almost every week, rain or shine and hot or cold. I love to roast spatchcock turkeys, smoke fish, pork and brisket plus grill chicken and burgs anytime. I have not had any issues with local ownership but I always show up for face to face.
