Outstanding experience working with Jennifer and Lance to get our dream pool and backyard completed. As we started looking for pool builders in east Texas, the one thing I was looking for was previous homeowners who were actually happy with their experience and who would recommend their pool builder. I can confirm other reviewers' issues with communication and the way Jennifer speaks to her customers, avoidance of communication, lack of promised quotes, plus they had a guy named Colton Edwards leave a voicemail threatening me if I didn't remove my 1 star review. So here I am adding context to the 1 star review. Now that I'm forced to learn how my pool works, I'm learning that the maintenance I've paid for over 2 years isn't the correct process that should be used for my pool system.
