I can confirm other reviewers' issues with communication and the way Jennifer speaks to her customers, avoidance of communication, lack of promised quotes, plus they had a guy named Colton Edwards leave a voicemail threatening me if I didn't remove my 1 star review. So here I am adding context to the 1 star review. Now that I'm forced to learn how my pool works, I'm learning that the maintenance I've paid for over 2 years isn't the correct process that should be used for my pool system. Grigsby pools is the absolute best pool company to do business with. Lance and Jen are awesome people. They installed a pool for us on a very timely schedule and made sure it was built right and was perfect for us. They were also very reasonably priced and didn’t have any surprise cost anywhere. I would highly recommend them for any new installation or remodels/repairs. This is a really great company with really great owners and employees!

This was our first time having a pool and getting one built. The entire process was quick, efficient, and they dealt with my questions along the way. My entire experience was great! I have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so!
