First, I'd like to start on a positive note. The bus is clean, unique, designed for fun, and fits large parties. Shawn got us safely from point A to point B. He also agreed to take a few remaining passengers to their hotel which was on his way, but was not pre-arranged so that was nice of him. I also appreciate that he called the day of to confirm plans had not changed which allowed me to know he was also confirmed. Payments were easy to complete. Worst limo service ever! They got the wrong date for the wedding and were an hour late--which entailed the wedding party to have to drive madly to the church to get there on time! Shawn forgot the 5-gal keg of beer and was angry at the group size (even though the size was confirmed with him in the initial conversation). He made no apologies and gave us no discounts or reimbursement! Horrible service! Will never use this company again!
