Simply the best pest control on Martha’s Vineyard. Great tic control program done by professionals. Why would anyone go? Any place else Just call the buzzards Bay office and they’ll steer you right?
In our experience with Griggs & Browne remediating carpenter ants (and subsequently doing preventative spraying), Griggs & Browne failed, it would seem this was not for the first time (at the same home). The sales-inspector who scoped the work spent time cross-selling us termite service at that visit. If you want to support a locally owned family business, look no further. Griggs and Browne are an exceptional group of professionals that will make sure you and your home are well cared for. We recently purchased a home and found out during renovations that it was infested with fleas. Never having dealt with pests (nevermind one of the hardest to get rid of), we were frustrated at the extermination process and embarrassed at the situation and at times, took it out on G&B. Griggs and Brown came to our home that we recently purchased,that sits on the edge of an abandoned cranberry bog. Our house was overrun with insects and had many rodents. Within a matter of days we noticed immediate results. It has been 3 months now and we have had absolutely no issues whatsoever! We would very much recommend griggs and Brown again.
Edit: They responded via email and apologized for the miscommunication Initial experience was good, even with the higher amount for account setup. The contract we signed with them was for quarterly spraying of the foundation and installing glue traps inside. The second treatment was on Dec 7th and they just did glue traps. I followed up asking why the foundation was not sprayed and their response was that it was too cold to spray the foundation. So essentially we just paid $130 for glue traps.
