Edit: They responded via email and apologized for the miscommunication Initial experience was good, even with the higher amount for account setup. The contract we signed with them was for quarterly spraying of the foundation and installing glue traps inside. The second treatment was on Dec 7th and they just did glue traps. I followed up asking why the foundation was not sprayed and their response was that it was too cold to spray the foundation. So essentially we just paid $130 for glue traps. In our experience with Griggs & Browne remediating carpenter ants (and subsequently doing preventative spraying), Griggs & Browne failed, it would seem this was not for the first time (at the same home). The sales-inspector who scoped the work spent time cross-selling us termite service at that visit. For the termite prevention, we ultimately were treated OK, though only after writing about it in an earlier version of this review.
