I have been trying to contact these guys for over 3 months now. Was willing to drive the 3+ hours to work with them. I was ready to buy, they are the sole dealer for the hot tub we want but we will be moving on to another brand. Terrible customer service even for sales. I can’t imagine trying to have something fixed.
