Mixed review. At the counter and checkin cubicles everyone is extremely friendly and professional. The problem is the lack of experienced phlebotomists at the beds. The time before last they missed the vein so I walked out with two wrapped arms. This past week…same person… found the vein but the needle was either too far in or too diagonal and it left a massive 3 inch bump bruise.
