I've been donating here since around the tail end of 2025 and I've had nothing but good experience so far. Very friendly and helpful staff. I actually hate needles but since I'm a grown man who has to be stoic for no good reason, I try to hide it. I still come and donate anyway because they make the whole process bearable for me. Sign in, get called into reception desk, get called for blood test, then get called into the donation hall all in about an hour and a half.
