Very friendly, didn't feel a thing!
Been donating plasma for 4 years now Never had a problem,no bruise,no pain Even when wait times can become longer than usual,the staff are always working hard to get you into your appointment Staff are always attentive and care for donors Great place if your just donating for first time Innovation drive by u of m is also an amazing donation spot as well All the staff at both places always have smiles and are very great COOL BEANS
Everyone is lovely here. My only complaint is that people take their shoes off and rest their dirty feet on the chairs in the donation hall which isn't sanitary. Jeremy deserves a raise. A total pro at his job (he should train everyone his ways) You're lucky if you get him because he's gentle and you won't even feel the needle.
Music in waiting room to loud. If desk staff wants to listen to music they need to put a speaker behind desk. You cannot hear staff calling your name. You think the manager would do something about it but as always Ellis ignores most issues.
