Always a pleasant experience, a couple times the wait times have been long but that's not their fault, I've been donating since November 2025, only once had a bruise, and they always ask if there's pain, the screening process is good, as long as you don't withhold medical information.
Staff are friendly, never miss the vein, always a smooth experience. HOWEVER the company itself has not released any official statement regarding their closure on any of their social media. They are basically refusing to acknowledge any incidents have even taken place. The lack of acknowledgement and transparency is typical of the guilty. Feels like there's a good chance these guys will be closed for good.
Excellent staff. Great business. Fair compensation. I wonder how many non-correlated deaths it would take to shut down a blood donation facility where the donators are not compensated. I will not be surprised if Grifols is replaced by a government run facility where the donator gets nothing!
