I'm not sure why they bother having appointment times. No matter what day you schedule or what time, they always take hours to actually get you seated. They also don't allow you to check in when you arrive, rather making you wait upwards of 2-3 hours past your appointment to even check in. Once you check in it's further waiting until you can be screened. If your proteins are not high enough, you cannot donate, making a waste of hours of waiting after your designated appointment. It's pathetic.
I like the staff and it's nice place
By far the worst place to donate. Your Guaranteed to wait a minimum of 2 hours just to get a bed and hooked up to a machine. It's currently going on 3 hours and its 3:00 and my appointment was at 12:30. I've been coming here steadily for over a year now and the wait time just gets worse every time. May be a management problem, not enough staff for the intake load or those here are not working to par, either way not a good system.( It ended up being a 5 hour donation)
