Made appointment on the app for 7:15. Was allowed to make an appointment for that time on the mobile app only to waste my time and gas driving out here to see this. Called hoping to get an update being that I had to actually be to work by 9 and no1 cared enough to answer the phone. An email/text/cancelation notification would've been nice.Please get yall crap together! Try to be more considerate of other people's time the same way you would want some1 to consider yours!
Yea this place used to be quick now it takes 30 mins to an hour for the workers to set u up on the machine place used to be quick and now they take mad long lol im glad im wont have to donate plasma anymore ever again in my life
Very unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes before they even stuck me. After the stick there was no attendant available for another 30 minutes waiting no flow. Also the center director was in the office talking never came out onto the donor floor.
