Definitely have communication issues in this company. They advertise that you can get $100 for referring someone after that person completes their second donation just to find out that you must also complete a donation after they complete their second but that is not stated anywhere in the facility. And then I asked an employee if my significant other could use a birth certificate to donate instead of a social security card and was told yes.
