Definitely have communication issues in this company. They advertise that you can get $100 for referring someone after that person completes their second donation just to find out that you must also complete a donation after they complete their second but that is not stated anywhere in the facility. And then I asked an employee if my significant other could use a birth certificate to donate instead of a social security card and was told yes. This is how most people in Texas have treated me. It’s their way or the highway. I asked 2 questions and got put out for saying the procedures is dehumanizing.
This is the best plasma center I have been to. All of the employees are so kind and efficient. I have personally seen them handle upset, entitled people with so much grace. Keep up the good work!
