I am appalled at the kind of people who work here. My boyfriend went in to donate. It started out very well, but the minute that they finished his physical, the nurse sat at the front desk and immediately got on her phone. Didnʼt take care of his file or anything. After some time, he asked if he could go back because he could clearly see open seats. She turned around and said ʼwe have to wait until there is an open seat.ʼ They ignored him most of the time. he was there for 2 HOURS. I am never recommending these idiots. YOUR ... read more
I'm extremely disappointed again. After closed for renovations for months, they text out when they will be opening again. The day has come and the site still has the old hours. Google search shows them still temporarily closed. Auto message still when attempting to contact the receptionist to find out what is going on(walk ins or appointments). Lack of communication with donors is ridiculous.
