Stopped by Griffs Deli in Cardiff Market and picked up the Ploughman’s Lunch Box. It was a really satisfying lunch with a good selection of classic ingredients and plenty to keep you full. The standout for me was the Black Bomber cheese, which paired perfectly with the tangy pickle and the pork pie. The sourdough was fresh, the air-dried ham added a nice salty flavour and everything worked well together.
