Good food. Good value. Friendly employees. Good service whether the drive through or in the dining room. I hadn't eaten at Griff's in a while and didn't realize how really tasty and fresh the food is. Forget any other fast food burger joints; this is the place to go for a great burger at a great price!!
Food is always great! Only the onion rings are usually too over cooked.
Great burgers at a good price. Very filling with a great portion size. Definitely worth the trip.
well for the last 4 years we hadn't been there because of the attitude the employees have.so in december of 09 we started going back because of the improvement on the restaurant.we live across town but didnt mind the drive because the food was good but the employees still had attitude( i guess thats their trademark)well last night did it messed up our order then when we corrected it they got upset which provided more attitude.so we overlooked it and just ate didnt wanna waste the drive.so this morning we called cuz the manag... read more
I have been going here for years, but lately they are filling up with flies. When I mention it to the staff, they just argue. I have reported them to the San Antonio health department. They have the best burgers but, I am NOT going here any more.
Although they are busy and sometimes make minor mistakes in orders, Griffs has the best burgers in town. They are always happy to correct or replace a mistake order no questions asked. We order at least once a week from there.
I travel accross town to get a burger from this particular location. They season the burger just right and I have not had an incorrect order yet to date.
05/01/2008 Being a former resident of Texas, one can imagine our old fashion GREASY TOP BUN hamburgers; bought & sold from the (mom & pop) type diners. Now that I am a new native to Albuquerque, NM; I find it a real challenge to find the type of hamburger that I am used too!.
