Griffs did a great job on my vehicle. Prices were reasonable, and the turnaround was quick. I definitely will be a repeat customer. They go above and beyond for their customers.
I called for roadside service for a business truck , they men I spoke to were more than helpful and delivered on there promise. Even when they were not sure if they could assist, they still continued to offer suggestions. I am very thankful, they were so helpful. Luckily, I just happened to call them off a Google search.
My car was towed after a terrible accident and I received the most disrespectful disheartening service. They refused me access to my car which is agains the state law in New York State to which both Chris and Chad said “ I don’t really give a crap about what the state of New York says” they towed my car to another location and from there I noticed things missing from my car I called to talk and see if I should be picking up those items from them or if I should continue with a lawsuit. An amazing young lady came out to Hilton to tow my son's car to a local garage because his exhaust had fallen . She was very professional and efficient, even in the cold . Would recommend Griffs for any towing service
