I have been going to Griff’s for many years and they have always provided fantastic service. As far as service is concerned, I would rate Griff’s a 5. However, I am very put off with Griff’s after my last visit. I was quoted a price for the repairs on the telephone. When I arrived, I spoke with the customer service representative at the front desk. I proceeded to pay for the repairs by credit card. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed the total was 40.00 more because I used a credit card. When I went back to ask why my bil... read more
Bring cash! They charge 4 percent to use your credit card. We had a 900 dollar bill and got hosed for an extra 40 dollars to use a credit card. They do great work, but don't pay with a credit card!
