I have been going to Griff’s for many years and they have always provided fantastic service. As far as service is concerned, I would rate Griff’s a 5. However, I am very put off with Griff’s after my last visit. I was quoted a price for the repairs on the telephone. When I arrived, I spoke with the customer service representative at the front desk.
