Used Griffiths Professional Corp for the sale of my property - the property closed on March 25th, 2025 and yet to receive proceeds of sale. 3 people on the title of the home and we each individual provided banking information for the funds to be divided equally and deposited to our respective accounts - some how after nearly 30 days, all the funds were deposited into one persons account - two which we have no relationship with. Literally nothing positive to say about this firm. Communication is horrible, lack of clarity during the whole process. Had to force them to book a signing meeting with just over a week to closing. We suggested the date we could come in, no one responded. I had to follow up again, only to be offered a date and time that doesnt work. Do not waste your time.
Jonathan & his team helped me out when it was time to deal with a mortgage broaker and refinance my deal. I was able to go from unfavorable terms with a B lender and move to favoribale terms with an A lender and Griffith's was a key part in this. Their law clerks have a constant attention to detail and they were able to figure out all of the payment discharges.
