Called to get my car booked in for simple services, the lady sounded incompetent about if they could complete the task. Said she’d check if they have the parts needed (which you could find in town). Never heard back from her. Will not be taking my car.
Car went in for an easy recall (was told two hours max) I ended up waiting double that time with no communication from the dealership other than that the mechanics were on lunch and that the person who was working on my vehicle had been pulled over by the police so it would take longer.
