I had Spark plug & Coil Issues heading to a Meeting in Jasper. Pulled into Hinton Ford and talked to Colette at the service desk. She was able to get Shaun to take a look at things and replace my spark plugs and ordered me a new coil. I made the meetings and next day had the ew coil installed. Brilliant service. Many thanks to you both

I bought my car here 3months ago, my alternator and battery died out and needed replacement, so I thought Id come back and get a cheaper fix through the dealer that sold me the car. Their discounted price after the repair was $1450, 3hrs of labour cost me nearly $600. This feels like a rip off and I don’t plan to come back. But what do I know about cars🤷 you can do the maths

I am not from the area, I live in Victoria BC. I have experienced a ticking noise for about a month, and it wasn’t able to be diagnosed back home. While travelling, I became worrisome of the noise and did not want to be in any danger. I happened to be near this Ford (Griffith Hinton). And so I randomly stopped in to ask if they had a moment to come outside and listen to the noise and perhaps make a diagnosis for me.
