Went into the service department and the staff are easy going and really friendly. Couldn't be happier with my first visit.
Dealt with parts for years and they do a fantastic job! Big shoutout to Russ! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Often they will have what you need by the next morning
I had an excellent experience with the service department here. My check engine light came on in my 28' motor home (E450 V-10), and the engine was misfiring some. Griffiths Ford was able to diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable cost the next day and get me on my way again. Highly recommend!!
