Absolutely atrocious service department, does not complete services requested. Books vehicles in without having the parts they specifically booked vehicle in to change. Causing customers to have to bring vehicle in repeatedly while no work is actually being done on vehicle. Does not listen to customers and spends hours diagnosing issues they have been informed of at the time of booking. You are better off taking your vehicles to out of town dealerships if you need work done at a ford specific dealership.
I can't say enough good things about my experience. No pushy BS, great service, and my new Tremor is one hell of a truck! Big thanks to Jason and the team
I was hooked right up by Jodi! She offered me rides to and from where my car was being repaired. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Extremely professional.( There was even coffee and Timbits!) The new Bronco rentals they have are solid all around ....exquisite rides! Thanks again Jodi !! 11/10
