Facts: On August 16, 2025, my Ford vehicle experienced a drive shaft failure while I was traveling. On August 18, 2025, Hinton Ford (an authorized Ford dealership) repaired the vehicle and replaced the defective drive shaft. On August 19, 2025, 3 hours after picking up the vehicle, the replacement drive shaft failed completely, leaving my family and me stranded on the highway. I’ve been purchasing vehicles from Griffiths Ford for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. This company also does a lot for local charities and is very involved in the community. I highly recommend :)
I just want to pass on a Big Thank you to all the staff at Griffiths Motors for helping us out with our Transit issues. I think they are a great outfit and the staff was awesome too. As a member of the travelling RV public it was such a pleasure dealing with this company on such short notice. I wish them all the best.
