One of the worst brokers to work with, based on my experience as a carrier. They send rate confirmations full of excessive clauses and rules designed only to deduct money from the carrier for anything, putting all the responsibility on our side. The issue is that they do not honor their own contracts. Information is often misleading or not truthful, and when it comes time to get paid, payments are not made as agreed. Sent in my lumper receipts like the bols asked and sent it with pod also and was never reimbursed called they said they're not paying it that the company i delivered it at are supposed to. He then wanted me to go back when I live hrs away and I dont usually go to Laredo to get reimbursed lmao what a joke bills say to send in lumper receipts to get the money back and now they dont want to reimburse dont work with these people they'll try to screw you anyway they can for a couple hundred bucks

- 5 stars! Carriers! Do not take loads from this broker. They provide incorrect information!!! Took load (live load) at pick up from Iowa. In fact it was a drop trailer. Unloading was scheduled for Friday at 7 am in Texas but in fact they unloaded only at 4:30 pm on Friday and I had to stay there until Monday. They don’t pay detention 👎🏿

(this is a review of both Griffith broker and JBS in cactus Texas) I work for a trucking company based out of iowa So this broker sent me to an absolutely horrific pick up in cactus Texas, the pay compared to milage was roughly 2.35 a mile. They included that they would not pay detention. Once me and my codriver got to cactus Texas and dropped our trailer (the jbs here does not do live loads, and yes the jbs will receive their own review) the broker became unreachable by me, my dispatcher, nor the owner of my company. If I can give them 0 stars, I would do that! I booked a load with GUS out of IA to TX. We arrived in TX and it ended up the load was scheduled for next day. I was promised a layover couple of times on the phone, GUS even called me to offer me the same load for couple of days later. It's been 5 days since we delivered the load, the whole company stopped picking up the phone and responding to my emails. I called them from a cell phone, GUS picked up and put me on hold for over 23 minutes and it got disconnected. This is not th... read more
