When I had some concerns they went above and beyond to remedy the situation and maintained a great deal of professionalism in the process. Overall happy with the outcome.
Not very pleased really. I got a scale and clean done here and can still see calculus on my teeth (my front teeth in particular). Also, nothing was used in between the teeth. Was a quick 20 minute job. Feel quite scammed actually. Going to call Aphra or the Dental Council of Australia because I specifically said I wanted a good job done before the commencement of the clean.
Great experience from start to end! All the staff are absolutely amazing. I had braces put on by the Orthodontist and was also treated by the Dentist during this process and both professionals are wonderful. Not only was my treatment outcome exactly what they promised, no matter what I asked throughout the process, all the staff were willing to accomodate. If you need any dental assistance particularly if you are looking for alignment I highly recommend!
Sana and the girls are the kindest caring people. They show such compassion during my heightened anxiety state.
