Kevin and Jason were Super kind and helpful! So friendly and always asks if there is anything else they can do before they leave. Never hesitate to call them!
Kind and respectful, (Brock) was able to fix our sink issue no problem. He answered all our questions about the issue and future ways to prevent it. I will recommend GPS/Brock to anyone having any plumbing issues in the future.
It was expensive for what they did, $300 to replace the toilet plunger. They didn't provide a chain link to the plunger. I had to use a ziptie.
We had a weeknight emergency that required immediate attention. At 8pm we reached out to Griffith and by 9pm we had a technician arrive. Brock of Griffith plumbing got to work right away, all while explaining the process thoroughly. Our issue required running a auger through the lines, but not only did Brock run the lines one direction, he went to basement, pulled toliet and ran the auger the other direction.
