I had both my heater / ac unit and my water heater go bad on the same day. The service was quick even though they had no openings in their schedule. Everyone was very polite. The service was excellent. They left no mess. All my questions were answered. And the prices were in line with other quotes I received. I will definitely call them again if I have a need.
GPS has been a pleasure to work with. They are absolute professional and knowledgeable weither working on Heat, AC or plumbing repairs or maintenance. Kevin provided an excellent review of all of our plumbing systems. Earlier that day a service tech provided a through cleaning and furnance maintained. I am sorry I did not remember his name. I don't think I missed it but, please place the service techs name on your invoice receipts, so they can properly properly compliment for their excellent work.
We’ve had people come out in the past for estimates, they were either way overpriced or extremely obnoxious. GPS in New Oxford was terrific, very personable very sincere and we had them perform the work. I highly recommend them. We’re going to have them check out other projects.
We had a walk-in shower installed in an 1880 Victorian home. We also had a brand new water softener system installed. Jason and Matt were so knowledgeable and very professional and reliable during their two day job. They first had to remove the old porcelain/iron tub, which was quite heavy and a feat in itself. We’ve used GPS several times and always been pleased. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, tidy, and friendly. Kevin was here today (Christmas Eve) for a last minute issue and couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Pricing is reasonable as well - highly recommend GPS!!!
