I just wanted to take the time to express how fantastic the service and quality of this company is. I had an issue with my hot water heater and within 8 hours, even though it was not an emergency I had a brand new and fully functional water heater. The professional technician on service is named Donnie thompnson. He was professional, friendly and made sure the job was done right. He performed at a level that most professionals should strive to attain.

I liked that GPS came out to give me a quote and was able to perform the work the same day (Friday). We had an issue occur after the plumber left and the office was closed. I called early Saturday morning and the plumber returned to fix the issue. He appologized for the issue and there was no charge for the revisit. I liked how GPS stands behind their work and the plumber showed me what had caused the issue. Things happen. I would highly recommend GPS for any of your plumbing needs.

This was the second time Kevin was able to come to our house and help us with a plumbing issue right away. He was nice enough to advise me about arranging septic tank pumpkin first, before spending money that didn't need to be spent. Even though that didn't fix the issue, I appreciated the fact that he was trying to save us money. The pumping didn't fix the issue, but needed done anyway, and Kevin was out the same day to take a look at our pipe clog.
