Called to have someone look at a well pump and they said they could later that week and would call me to tell me what time. Later that week, no one called and I called them back and they said "you're on the list, but the guy who schedules appointments won't be here till Monday". Monday comes and goes and I end up calling them a week later and got the answering machine.
