Very rude, I gave them a call and immediately hung up on me after I asked for help
They fixed everything but charged us for 5 hours of labor when it only took 2 hours. They would not take less then what they told us it was going to be with 5 hours of labor. cost us 200.00 more then what it should have cost.
Even though they didn't service the unit that we have, they were super nice in pointing us into the right direction. Really caring people. Nice hometown folks!
