This place is just a rip off, I ordered new shaft for whipper snipper where I was advised when part arrives I be contacted to let me know how much it’s gonna cost for repair (replace shaft) new whipper snipper is for less than $500 paid just for repair $300. Don’t go there, lack of communication. These guys do take advantage of they are in remote area
