very disappointed had to change a title over to an LLC which took all of 5 min. plus recording fees and paid $160. Then ask to make sure it said paid to spouse upond death which thought was in the cost but was asked to pau $85 more for that sheet on paper that took all of 2 min. Do not use charge you way too much for all of 5 min. and add to the cost without telling you it is extra
WOW, what a great office staff and what an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and kind guy Chuck is. I was in town visiting my father yesterday to get some legal work wrapped up and we hit an unexpected documentation snag. Even though I wasn't a client of Chuck's, he told us to drive over and he'd do his best.
