Excellent service and excellent staff thank you
Brought a RAM Warlock and found issues straight away. Sales team is excellent but service team don't want to know about it! Dangerous headlight issue still not fixed after several visits! Also has a severe knock / rattle coming from the passenger glove box area which, per the service lady, is standard with these! REALLY!!
Very bad service
Great Service at virtually no advanced notice. Had alternator trouble with our MY14 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Parts Dept had no replacement in stock at 4 pm but pulled a favour and had one on hand by 11.00am the next morning. The Workshop went beyond and installed the unit and the vehicle was ready for collection by 4 pm that day. Thank you to the Parts Manager, the Workshop receptionist, the Workshop Manager and the Technician that performed the work. A great effort.
